Does anyone have trouble canceling

I'm glad you brought this up in the Community, nkinteriorsfla.

 

So far, we haven't received similar reports from customers regarding issues with canceling an account. 

 

In the meantime, we can try some basic troubleshooting steps to isolate this. Begin by accessing your account using a private browser. This helps determine if it's the browser that's causing the issue. Otherwise, you can use other supported browser to be thorough.

 

Then, try canceling the account again. Here's how to cancel an account:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon and choose Account and Settings.
  2. Select Billing & Subscription.
  3. In the QuickBooks section, click Cancel subscription.

  4. Click Continue to Cancel, then Continue to Cancel again.
  5. Answer the short survey, then Click Confirm Cancel.

  1. Go to the Help menu at the upper right.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter your concern.
  4. Click Let’s talk.
  5. Choose Get a callback
  6. Type in your contact info.
  7. Select Confirm my call.
