Allow me to help duplicate a product and service in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
I've tried to replicate it here on my end and I was able to duplicate products and services under the Action column. See screenshots for your reference.

Local internet cache files may be the reason for this unexpected behavior. In this case, we can perform some troubleshooting steps to fix this.
Let's start by signing in to your QuickBooks Online account in a private/incognito window. Use these keyboard shortcuts based on the browser you're using:
- For Firefox or Microsoft Edge, press Ctrl + Shift + P.
- For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N.
- For Safari, hold down Command + Shift + N.
Once in, try to duplicate the products again. If it works, I recommend clearing your browser's cache. Doing so will remove the historical data and access QuickBooks with a clean slate. You can also switch to a different supported browser.
