Nice to meet you, trcbooth81.

I'm glad to help you pull up a report to get the data that you need. This way, you can keep track of your sales and monitor your business growth.

You can run the Profit and Loss report and set it to income only by customizing the report. Here's how to do it.

  1. Go to Business overview then, select Reports.
  2. Find the Profit and Loss report and click to open it.
  3. Click Customize.
  4. Go to the Filter section, then Mark Distribution Account
  5. From there, choose All Income Accounts.
  6. Click Run report.

I suggest saving customize data so you won't have to go through the same customization again. Use this article to learn how to do it: Memorize reports in QuickBooks Online.

You can also do more with the data on the report. Use this article to learn more about getting what your business needs: Customize reports in QuickBooks Online.
