Does not remember my bookmarks?

Thanks for raising your concern here in the Community space, @CULAW. I can help you find the Bookmarks.

If you're referring to the QuickBooks Online page, you can follow the steps below if you're using Google Chrome:
 

1. Click the 3-dots ⋮ in the top-right corner to open the menu.
2. Click Bookmarks then Bookmark manager.
3. From there, find the QuickBooks Online page.
    

Also, if you're referring to the QuickBooks Online Community, the bookmarked articles will be saved in your Community profile.
 

Here's how:
 

1. Click your profile (image) icon at the upper right.
2. Click My Subscriptions on the drop-down.
3. Select the My Bookmarks tab to view all your bookmarks.
