Does quickbooks online automatically update my cc charges?

Thanks for visiting the Community, @mushitzfencing. Typically, a credit card charges will take 2-3 business days to deposit to your account.

You can check the status of any transaction by logging in to your merchant account on their website: Merchant Service Center

Once there, go to Activity and Reports, then click Transactions. Change the date range to find the transaction you're looking for to check its status.
