Does the Tag Report work for anyone else?

The Profit and Loss by Tag Group used to work fine for me, but not longer finds any transactions. I am using this Year-to date for the period and there are Tagged transactions during this period. If I get to the Tag report another way, by going to Banking, then Tags, I see 29 transactions that have been tagged, but when I try to run the report from this screen, the report does not show any transactions. The report is the same as when I run it from the Reports screen, i.e. no transactions shown.

I discovered today there is a Known Issue/Investigation going on because Tag reports are not working.   The Investigation number is  INV-51880.    if you get on a call with Intuit support you can get your name added to the issue, get a Case number, and they will keep you updated by email when it's fixed.

@JayB54is correct! Currently, we've received reports from customers, like you, who are getting the same issue when running tag reports. Rest assured, our product engineers are working diligently to determine the root cause of this unexpected behavior. 

 

That being said, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team so you'd be added to the affected user's list. Just provide your full name, updated email address, and the INV number 51880.

  1. Go to the Help menu at the upper right. 
  2. Choose Contact Us
  3. Enter your specific concern in the What can we help you with? box. 
  4. Click Let's talk
  5. Select Get a callback or start a chat
  6. Enter your contact information.

Hello there, user96440.

 

When you pull up the Transaction List by Tag Group report through the Banking page, the Rows/columns Group by field is set to Other. Meanwhile, the report you pull up through Reports is default to Ungrouped tags. You can refer to the screenshot below:

 

Aside from the Report period, make sure you set the Group by field correctly. From there, you can click Run report.

I ran each report both ways and no transactions showed up.  See attached document.  The first is from Banking, Tags and the second is From the Reports tab.

Doesn't show tag transaction in couple parts of the websites.
