I discovered today there is a Known Issue/Investigation going on because Tag reports are not working. The Investigation number is INV-51880. if you get on a call with Intuit support you can get your name added to the issue, get a Case number, and they will keep you updated by email when it's fixed.

@JayB54is correct! Currently, we've received reports from customers, like you, who are getting the same issue when running tag reports. Rest assured, our product engineers are working diligently to determine the root cause of this unexpected behavior.
That being said, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team so you'd be added to the affected user's list. Just provide your full name, updated email address, and the INV number 51880.
