drop down menus not working

My drop down menus are not working in QBO.  I can't make an invoice for a customer because there isn't working or for the product/services in the body of the invoice.  Also I went to match a check that came from my bank and when I clicked on it the vendor is not showing up at the top left and the bank name next to it.  How does this get fixed?

I am also having issues with drop down selections. Vendors, accounts, payment method, class, etc. are not showing any selections. Seems Quickbooks is having issues.

I am also having the same issue. I use QBO for multiple clients and it's the same on all of them. I also tried different browsers with no change.

Same here, this is bringing be to a complete halt.

Yup, can't print/cut checks to my vendors that come in, (just had to hand write a check), can't match my transactions from the bank.  EVERYTHING is definitely at a hault...UGH!!!   I am sure they are getting a lot of calls about this and hope this get fixed ASAP!!!!

Happening for us too.  I would guess it's an issue on QBO's side.  Hope they fix it soon.

I am having the same problem.  I have cleared the cookies and cache and the problem is continuing in each module that I go into.

I've been having issues making journal entries... seems like no drop down menu is working... what is going on?

Yep, I went to test the drop down menu under "Receive Payment" and "Print Check" and couldn't select a customer nor a vendor. The week is already off a "great" start

It would appear that I am having the same issue you are having with the drop down menu. Not only can I not select a product/service, I can not select the class for any type of transaction. Same goes for when I need to select a category for a bill or an expense transaction. The drop down menu doesn't even work on my recurring transactions.

same here. can't even pay vendors thru the QBO electronic ACH payments.

 

I sure wish instead of them constantly changing the GUI that they would focus on fixing all the friggin issues that keeps on accumulating.. QBO has become so painful to use that i am definitely going to look at alternatives this year.

We are currently having the same issue with our dropdown menus specifically for Customers and Vendors which means we can't input pledges/invoices or bills. This is a big issue for us. It needs to be corrected soon!!!!!

Same issue here. Frustrating that clearly this is an QB issue and no alert or heads up was given that such technical issues were being seeing. So, not only time lost because business is put on hold as program isn't functioning, but also the time spent looking into if it's my issue or QBs.

Same for me too. It has been happening off and on but now it is so bad I can't do anything.
