Error message "You can't export until you sign in to QuickBooks Online again. Go to Export preferences and sign in again." Anyone know how to correct this error?

Start by accessing your QuickBooks account via an incognito or private window to verify if it's a webpage issue. Here are the keyboard shortcuts:

 

  • For Firefox, press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Safari, hold down Command + Shift + N

 

If you can export the data while browsing privately,  clear the browser's cache to start with a clean slate. Alternatively, consider using other supported browsers .

  1. Go to the Help icon and choose Search.
  2. Enter help in the search bar, then select the Contact Us button.
