Question

Every day we have red exclamation points and reconnect messages on three of our 7 linked Chase accounts. How do we resolve? This just started happening about a week ago.

Once I link the accounts the data download occurs without errors.  I've already looked at the linked accounts on  my Chase website and it shows that Intuit is linked.

Here is the screenshot.  I logged in again this morning and it is again asking me to link for syncing.

Hi there, xhuri. 

 

I checked the status of the investigation and I can see that it's still open. This means that our engineers are still working with Chase to get this sorted out as soon as possible. 

 

We would also need to have you added to the list of affected users. This is for us to send you an email as soon as the issue is resolved. For us to do that, please reach out to our support teams via chat or phone call. Then, provide INV-88491 as a reference.  Here's how to reach out to them:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu in the upper-right hand corner to open the QB Assistant window.
  2. Type in "talk to a human", then press Enter.
  3. Click Contact Support Team, then provide a short description of your concern.
  4. Press Enter once again.
  5. Select No, I still need help, then choose Contact Support Team.
  6. Look for the Chat option and click on it.
