Every time I go back to my home page on QB Self-Employed, I get a half-screen pop-up asking me to upgrade. I tried QB Online and didn't like it. How do I stop the pop-up?

As I check on my end, the option to turn off the ads in QBSE is unavailable. You can disregard the ads by clicking the X or No, thanks button. You can also consider sending feedback to our product engineers about having the ability to turn off the ads in QuickBooks Self-Employed. I'll outline the steps below:

1. Access your QuickBooks Self-employed company.
2. Click the Assistant icon beside the Help icon
3. Click Not helpful if your issue isn't related to the popular topics.
4. Select Give feedback, and then choose Add a feature.
5. Type a brief description of your feature suggestion, and then click Yes.
