Question

Every time I try to view my subscription, it keeps telling me to go to my partner to view your subscription details...what does that mean?

Let me share some details about this prompt and help you get back to your working tune to view your subscription, @kat-hobbstranspo.

Let's start accessing your account using a different or a private browser to isolate this hurdle. There are times that the browser is full of frequently accessed page resources, which causes some errors or unusual responses. You can use either of these shortcut keys:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Shift N

Once you have successfully view your subscription, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. This is done to speed up the process next time you do a transaction in QuickBooks Online. Also, an alternative way is to use other compatible browsers.

If the error message persists, I recommend contacting our care support team. They have tools to pull up your account in a secure session. Doing so will help them find the root cause of your issue and find a fix.

Just in case you want to update your subscription details in the future, you can refer to this article: Change your account's user ID, email, and other information.
