Which QB Desktop year version do you have? 2021 or newer?

Yes have latest version 2021 - totally updated to today - Intuit even hit me $649 on 3/21 with QuickBooks Plus Annual Subscription.  As per instruction on the work-around for no QBW file found - I downloaded the trial version of the online - uploaded my QBW file - got in online - full access to the company data - restarted my Turbo Tax fresh.  It still could not find my QBW data despite the fact I was both logged online to the new online version and my Desktop 2021 version.  Totally frustrated to the point where I simply HARD entered the company data from the QB reports and previous tax returns (long time user dating back to over a decade with QB and Turbo Tax).  I just filed and am done.  I am also done with Intuit - I will be looking for some new software in this fiscal year to transfer over.

You can ask for the refund within 60 days and use the trial version to access your historical data for good. You can start from scratch in a new program to lower your conversion costs. Regarding TurboTax, find the license code for your QB Desktop 2022 or a newer version in your CAMPS. Install it to export your data to TurboTax.
