Find transactions without tags

Yes, you can locate transactions without tags in QuickBooks Online (QBO), BR Group. I’d love to show you how to do it.

You can generate the Transaction List by Tag Group report, where you can select a tag to be displayed in the column. This will present all transactions, including both tagged and untagged ones.

Here's how you can pull up the report:

1. In the left menu, choose Reports.
2. Go to the Sales and customers section and select Transaction List by Tag Group.
3. Click the Customize button.
4. Set the Report period.
5. In the Rows/Columns section, set the Group by to Transaction Type.
6. Click on the Change columns link and select the Tag name.
7. When done, click Run report.
