Question

First time user of pr and ran pr yesterday. Can't get reports to print. Anybody help.

Congratulations on your first payroll, @jhouk2-.

 

You can easily run and print payroll reports in your payroll account anytime. This helps you keep track of your payroll details and history. Let me guide you how:

 

  1. Go to Reports on the left menu.
  2. Select the report you want to run (Payroll Summary, Employee Details, etc.).
  3. You can filter the report by date range, employee, or work location.
  4. Click Run Report.
  5. Click the Share drop-down and choose Export to Excel, and print from there. Or select the Printer-Friendly Version. To print it the same view as you have in your online payroll.
