Question

For an audit, I need weekly gross wages and paydate for each employee, each week of the audit period. What's most simple way to get these 2 data points for each week?

Greetings, @tealgreen22.

You can run and customize the Payroll Summary by Employee report. It displays a comprehensive report of wages, deductions, and tax info, totaled by employee or period.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Reports menu.
  2. Scroll down to the Payroll section.
  3. Select the Payroll Summary by Employee report.
  4. Set the Date Range to your desired Custom date.
  5. Click Run Report.

You can refer to this article for more detailed ways to customize the report: Create a payroll summary report.
