For QB self employed, I lost the sign up email with my log in info. How do I get a new email sent to me?

To locate your account and to process an email change request, I suggest reaching out to QBSE Customer Support directly. You can arrange a callback or message to talk to them.

Follow the steps below:

1. Click the Assistant button at the top.
2. On the chat box that appears, type Talk to a human. 
3. From here, you can now choose either to Message an agent or Get a Callback.
