For weeks, I have been unable to sign to my account and have had to get my employee to sign in from her computer. after i go thru the sign page and enter my username and password, i am directed to a page that is blank and shows app.qbo.intuit.com.
For weeks, I have been unable to sign to my QB account. I have had to rely on an employee to issue purchase orders and invoices for my company. when i go thru the sign in page, i am directed to a page with the address app.qbo.intuit.com. this page is blank. customer support requires that i login to access them. What am i to do for customer support if i am unable to sign in? My level of frustration is a 20 on a scale of 1-10.
