I set up a new user with full access and they are getting a message that they have no access to enter mileage. They seem to have access to everything else. Can some one tell me how to give them access to enter mileage.

I can provide some details on why a user with full access has no option to enter mileage.

 

The QuickBooks Online (QBO) mileage tracking feature is currently available to admin users. Thus, you'll want to change user permissions so they can track mileage. 

 

To do this, here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon at the top.
  2. Select Manage users.
  3. Choose Edit in the Action column.
  4. From the User type dropdown, select Admin.
  5. Click Save.
