Go payment says subscription is expired. App will not work

I know how important it is to get this issue resolved, @Jelodi.

I'm here to make sure that you can get back to working order. First off, let's ensure that your QuickBooks Payments subscription is up-to-date. To do this, kindly log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account to a supported web browser.

Here's how:
 

  1. On your QBO account, go to the Gear icon, then select Accounts and settings.
  2. Select the Billing & subscription tab.
  3. On the Billing and subscription page, locate the QuickBooks Online Payments plan to know if it is still active.
  4. If the subscription has expired, click on Resubscribe.

 

To have the mobile application work again, let's perform some troubleshooting steps to isolate the issue by uninstalling and re-installing your QuickBooks GoPayment app. Once done, you can then update the mobile app to its latest version in your App Store.
