You have to sign in to your Intuit Account Manager to update your login credentials successfully, megan. Let me lend a hand in accomplishing this process.

If you want to change your credentials, you can follow the steps below to process it.

  1. Log in to the Intuit Account Manager using your QuickBooks, TurboTax, Credit Karma, or professional tax product credentials.
  2. Go to the Sign in & security menu.
  3. Choose the section for User ID, Email address, Password, or Phone.
  4. Make the necessary changes.
  5. Once finished, click Save.

Afterward, you're login information is successfully updated.

See this article for reference: Update or change your Intuit Account sign-in information.

If you want to link your bank account to QuickBooks to streamline your bank transaction data, you can do so. Follow the steps below to successfully connect your bank to QuickBooks.

  1. Connect a bank or credit card account
  2. Download recent transactions
  3. Categorize downloaded transactions
