Had a Sub with QB for all of 2022 year, payment for Sub was missed, Tried to reactivate, phone app says its active but online & app say's its not. Help?
Had a subscription for all of 2022 year, missed a payment (within the same month) now my QB's wont show me anything even though my phones playstore says they are active but when i go into the app or online it says its not. It's now been a few days since I "reactivated" the subscription & still no change. I've since started a new subscription & it's wanting me to redo everything I spent last year putting together. Is there any way to fix this? How do I get my 2022 QB year back? Any help is appreciated.
