Good day, @Imutoli.

I know it can be difficult when you can't see your deposits on your Profit and Loss (P&L) report. I'm here to help you get this resolved.

Normally, deposits should show under the Sales section of your P&L report. To resolve this, I suggest reviewing the transaction and making sure the account is correct.

When done, you can re-run the report to verify the information: Here's how:

  1. Open the account register.

        2. Click the deposit.

        3. Select Edit.

        4. Review the account.

         5. Click Save and Close.

         6. Once done, run the Profit and Loss report. Don't forget to filter the date range and select Customize to make the changes to the filter.

         7. Select Cash or Accrual under the Accounting method.

         8. Click the amount next to Sales and view the deposit.

Additionally, I've added an article that will help your review your downloaded bank and credit transactions and put them in the correct accounts: Categorize and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online

I'm more than happy to jump back on if you have any other concerns about managing your deposits in QuickBooks Online. Have a great day ahead!
