Has anyone else experienced having online payroll subscriptions being canceled without your authorization

If your QuickBooks Online Payroll subscription was canceled without your notice, one possible reason is that the credit card associated with your account is having issues. It may be that the billing wasn't successfully credited to your payroll subscription.

 

To help you fix this, I'd recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online payroll support team. This way, they can review your account in a secure environment and help get the subscription back.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Go to Help (?) and select Contact Us.
  3. Enter your concern and click Let's talk.
  4. Start a chat with a support expert.
