Question

Has anyone else noticed a flaw in the Profit and Loss report? Some expenses are not totaling up or are not Bold causing issues in calculations.

Welcome to the Community, @Jnickers.

The system occasionally behaves strangely when the browser frequently accesses pages. Let's troubleshoot to ensure we view the transactions after running the Profit and Loss Report.

I suggest using a different browser or a private window to help you fix this so QuickBooks Online runs more smoothly and effectively. Depending on the browser you're using, you can use these keyboard shortcuts.

For Microsoft Edge, press Ctrl + Shift + P.
For Safari, press Command + Shift + N.
For Firefox, press Ctrl + Shift + P.

If everything works, let's clear the cache in your browser to start fresh and ensure optimal performance. If not, use one of the other approved web browsers for the finest and most secure QBO experience.
