Question

Has anyone experienced an issue where your accountant's update can be seen on their access but not your own access?

I've assigned an accountant to do my bookkeeping. My accountant has finished their work and provided their updates through their account/access. When we try to see that same information on my our account, it's blank? Any ideas?

Thanks for stopping by here in the Community with your concern, delta. I'd be happy to assist you in fixing the issue of accessing the information done by your accountant.

In this case, the high amount of stored cookies and cache blocked accessing the information with your access. We can rule this out by performing the basic browser troubleshooting steps to isolate your browser to work better and faster. Either way, we can use a private or incognito window.

You can use these shortcut keys below to open an incognito window:

Google Chrome: Press CTRL + Shift + N.

Safari: Press Command + Shift + N.

Mozilla Firefox: Press CTRL + Shift + P.

Then, log in to your QuickBooks account and try accessing the update using your access. Once, able to do it, go back to the regular browser, and clear the cache. To remove the webpage data that's causing the issue. Though, you can also use another supported browser.
