Has anyone had a problem with the product/service page moving up and down rapidly when trying to add a product on IPad QBO app?

There are instances when the app can gather excessive data, resulting in unforeseen results. We can resolve this problem by clearing the app's cache.

 

  1. Select the menu at the top right.
  2. Then, choose Help & Feedback.
  3. Next, click Refresh Data and select Refresh.

 

Next is to refresh your phone settings.

 

  1. From your phone's settings, select Settings.
  2. Next, click on General and choose iPhone Storage.
  3. Select the QBO app to free up the storage without deleting the documents and data. Then, click Offload App.

 

Alternatively, you can log into QuickBooks through a web browser and add the product and services from the system.
