They are fine in QBO web version but I can’t reference them in the mobile app because the statuses are all wrong

Welcome and thanks for letting us know about your experience, @abby-monroe

It could've been an issue with the data syncing, and I've got you some troubleshooting steps to fix this problem. Let's start by resetting your app data as our initial step.

Here's how:

For Ios

  1. Click the Help menu on the navigation bar at the top, then select Reset App Data.
  2. Allow a moment for the process to complete, and then close the app.
  3. Be sure to right-click the app and Run as Administrator when re-opening.

For Android

  1. From More Options ⋮, select on Settings.
  2. Tap on Refresh Data.
  3. Choose on Yes.

Once done, check to see if the estimates are accurate. If it doesn't work, I'd suggest you reinstall the app and ensure you're using the latest version of the QuickBooks Online app to get the best experience.

Here are the links:

For Ios: QuickBooks Online iOS app link

For Android: QuickBooks Online Google Play app link

If the issue persists, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team to help check what's causing this to happen. We can also make a report to investigate this error whenever necessary.
