Have been being charged for a pay toll account witch I did not sign up for or use

I have some information about your payroll charge. You can verify your active subscription from your account settings. Let's open your QuickBooks to see it.

 

  1. In your QuickBooks, go to the Gear icon at the top.
  2. Select Account and settings.
  3. Choose Billing & Subscription.

After checking, you can cancel your subscription if your not using it by clicking Cancel. Check out this guide for details: Cancel Your QuickBooks Payroll Subscription.
