Hello Why if I change something on my online qb's does that info not show up on another persons log in?

I did some confimations of bank transactions earlier today on my log in. Someone else from the office later logged in and those were still undone. This is my first time using the online version.

There are times that the browser is full of frequently accessed page resources. This might cause unusual behavior in the program. It can be the reason why the changes didn't sync. Rest assured that I've got the steps to resolve this. 

 

To start with, access QuickBooks Online (QBO) account via a private browser. It doesn't store data in the cache. Thus, it's a great way to isolate browser-related issues. Here are the keyboard shortcuts depending on the browser you're using: 

 

  • For Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Safari: ⌘+ Shift + N

 

If it works, you can go back to a regular browser and clear its cache. Piled browser history can be the reason for some issues on the page. You may also switch to a different browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge.

 

Once resolved, you can categorize the transactions to ensure the transactions match your bank statement: Categorize transactions.
