Hi @okconsitedetaili.

There are a few possible reasons why you’re unable to connect your business bank to QuickBooks Online. Here are the following:

  • Some banks have multiple names on our list. You might want to check and select the correct one or try all possible links.
  • The bank might not connect to all types of accounts (for example, personal accounts vs. business accounts).
  • Your bank is not a participating financial institution. You can contact the bank to request they establish a relationship with Intuit.

Since you’ve mentioned you already performed some troubleshooting, can you tell me what exact steps is it? This way, we’re able to provide another way to fix your dilemma.

QuickBooks works with thousands of banks. If you can't find your account on the list of the supported financial institution, you can use the Request support your bank option to add.

Here’s how:

  1. Navigate to the Banking menu or Transactions menu.
  2. Select the Add account.
  3. Search for the name of your financial institution.
  4. Click Request support for your bank.
  5. Enter your bank's web address (URL) in the field provided, then select Request.

You can visit this resource for additional information in case the same things happen: Find your bank or credit card account when you connect to online banking.

You may also consider importing your bank transactions manually by following this link. After, you can now categorize them by going to the For Review tab.

Please keep in touch with me here for all of your QBO needs. I'll always have your back. Take care always.
