HELP CHANGING INCORRECT AMOUNT RECEIVED ON AN INVOICE

Hello all ! I have entered and recorded an incorrect amount on an invoice in the "received amount" box. It is off by $140.26 and won't let me edit it ! I cannot reconcile my books till I get this corrected. I have googled everything for hours to no avail !

Anyone ??

  2. Log in to your account and try to open QuickBooks in an incognito or private browser. You can use these keyboard shortcuts to launch a new private window:
  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N    

3. Clear your browser's cache.
