I read your conversion with Adrian in the other thread and it looks like it was about adding a bank account in QuickBooks Self-Employed. You can also log in to your Community account via a private or incognito browsing session. A browser issue might have prevented you from posting a reply. Here's how:

• Ctrl + Shift + N  for Google Chrome
• Ctrl + Shift + P  for Firefox
• Control + Option +P if you're using Safari

Once done, go back to the Community site and log back in. Then, check if you can already reply or post a follow-up question.
