Hello, @info741.

The trial account doesn't have a Cancel button. Once the 30 days trial period ends, QuickBooks will automatically cancel the account. The Cancel button will only appear if you're no longer using a trial account, or you entered card information for the subscription. You'll receive an email confirmation once QuickBooks canceled your trial account. Though you can still reactivate it within a year after the cancellation.

Here's how you can cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription:

  • If you purchased your subscription from iTunes or Google Play, you can refer to this Community Article to cancel your subscription: Cancel a QuickBooks Online subscription purchased through an app store.
  • If you purchased your subscription from Intuit QuickBooks, then you can cancel your account through a web browser by going to Settings ⚙ Account and Settings > Billing & Subscription.

If you need further assistance in the process, then I recommend reaching out to our Online Support. I've provided steps below on how to get in touch:

  1. Go to the (?) Help icon, then Contact Us.
  2. Type in your question or concern in the Description Box then hit Let's Talk.
  3. Choose how you want to get contacted.

That should guide you in the right direction. I'm still here to help if you ever decide to use QuickBooks again in the future. Take care always, and enjoy your weekend!
