Hi, how do I generate a report from my QuickBooks for payroll for an independent contractor? I want the report from 03/2019 - 03/2020.

I've got some information to share with you about the reports that you can pull up to show the payroll details of your independent contractor.

If you're using the Standalone Payroll subscription, the option to pull up reports for contractors is currently unavailable. However, if you're using QuickBooks Online with any of the subscription found in this link, you can pull some vendor reports to view the payroll details of your contractor.

You can access the Transaction Lists by Vendor report to see the information of your contractors, just make sure to enter the 03/2019 - 03/2020 in the date range section.

To do that:

1. Click on Reports at the left pane.
2. Look for Transaction List by Vendor in the search bar.
3. Set the Report period from 03/01/2019 to 03/31/2020.
4. Hit on Run report.
