Question

Hi! I am new to Quickbooks and will be required to use it for a non-profit that I will be doing the books for. How/where can I sign up for training and certification?

I have access to the company’s accounts, but when I click on “start training” it just makes me log in which takes me directly to the company’s home page.

@dwsmt-cox-net  you're almost there... 

you need to sign up as a Quickbooks Online Accountant, then your client (the NPO) emails you an invitation to their Quickbooks Online.  After you accept the invitation, in your portal, their account will show in the Clients section.  Also in that portal, under the ProAdvisor section, there is a Training tab, which will guide you through the training for Quickbooks Online.  THANKS for helping out this NPO, that's where my own career started, setting up systems for NPOs across the country!
