Hello, vrdelosreyes-yah.

I'll share steps on how you can reactivate your payroll subscription. There are different ways on how to do this. Before doing so, please make sure you have a supported version of QuickBooks Desktop. Then, follow the steps below to reactivate the service.

To reactivate through your company file, here's how:

  1. Go to Employees > My Payroll Service > Account/Billing Information.
  2. Sign in using your Intuit Account login
  3. Under Status, choose Resubscribe.
  4. Follow the on-screen steps to reactivate your payroll service.

For using the web to reactivate the payroll service, you can follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your account using your Intuit account like you normally would.
  2. Under Products & Services, select the Payroll Subscription tile.
  3. Choose Resubscribe.
  4. Follow the on-screen steps to reactivate your payroll service.

Note: The process may take up to 24 hours for the reactivation of your subscription to fully complete. Then, the subscription will show Active once done.

You can check this article for more details: Reactivate your QuickBooks Payroll subscription.

If you wish to contact our support team, you can follow these steps:

  1. In your QuickBooks Desktop program, go to Help QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  2. In the Have a Question window, click the Contact Us link at the bottom.
  3. From the Contact Us page, select any topics.
  4. Under Here's how to connect with a QuickBooks expert section, click the Start a Message or Get Phone Number button.

You're always welcome to post here again if you have any additional questions about reactivating your account. I'm always here to help.
