Hi I’m trying to update my credit card information thru the app. And it won’t let me update the credit card information. How can I do this?

Hello, @masoncomm-hotmai.

 

Usually, you can log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account as a Master or Company Admin so that you can update the credit card information.

 

In this case, I suggest logging QBO in a supported browser like Firefox or Chrome to successfully change credit card info.

 

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear ⚙ icon, then select Account and Settings.
  2. Choose Billing and Subscription, then under QuickBooks, click Edit ✎ beside your payment method.
  3. Update your credit card info.
  4. Hit Confirm card or Save.
