Hi I need help with 1099 reporting manually excluding reimbursements from NEC box.

Payments to 1099 vendors made via credit card, debit card, or third-party system, such as PayPal, are excluded from the 1099-MISC and 1099-NEC calculations.

QuickBooks always depends on the information entered. I suggest going to the bank register page and verifying the payment method being used and making any changes if necessary. This way, it can be excluded from your 1099-NEC.
