Let's resolve the error you have to update your subscription information successfully, @nadiadublin82-gm.

There are times that the browser you're using has information stored that's stopping or causing the error after paying for a payroll subscription.

I recommend using a private browser or an incognito window. Then, you may clear the cache in the one that you're currently using if it works. Here’s how:

  • Safari: Command + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: CTRL + Shift + P
  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Microsoft Edge:  CTRL + Shift + P

If it works, here's how to clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online. Restart your browser right after.

You can also view your subscription information using other supported browsers (Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge) if the steps above didn’t work.

Once done, log in to your account and view your payroll subscription on the Billing & Subscription page. See this article for detailed guidance: Manage billing, payment, and subscription info in QuickBooks Online.

Let me know if you need more help in updating your subscription information by leaving a reply below. I'm always glad to help in any way I can. Take care and have a wonderful day!
