Hi, my 2022 transaction is not uploaded from my bank account. Only partially uploaded. I am in need of reporting tax soon. I need your help ASAP.

Transactions sometimes fail to download in QuickBooks for various reasons. It might be because of:

• A connection issue between your bank and QuickBooks Online (QBO).
• The financial institution's server is offline.
• Error message or codes that require you to perform a certain task.

Can you specify the name of your bank account so I can check our records to see if there has been a reported issue about this case?

In the meantime, we can perform a manual update to download entries from your bank. Here’s how:

1. Click Transactions from the left menu.
2. Go to the Banking tab.
3. Tap the Update button at the right-hand side of the screen.

Doing so will update all your bank and credit card accounts.
