How can I add my bank another way? I have not been able to add my bank account because there is a two step login process with my bank login

Your online bank's login process is the same within QBSE. Some banks have several variants available for connection, and this can be a cause for confusion. To avoid this situation, search for your online bank via its URL or web address instead of its name. This way, you're sure that you're connecting to the correct online bank.
