How can I cancel my subscription and get a confirmation?

I followed the instructiojs online and filled out a survey where I described in some detail why I was cancelling. At the end I was told I could continue to use my subscription until the end of the current 1 month term. On the day of renewal I received notice that I had just paid for another month.

It could be that you still have remaining days to use your QuickBooks Online account. However, it would be best to contact our support team to check and validate your subscription status. They are the ones who can help you verify the notice you've received about continuing to use the book even after following the steps of cancellation. Here's how:
 

  1. Go to Help at the upper-right corner.
  2. Enter a short description of your concern. 
  3. Click Talk to a human. Then, I still need a human.
  4. You can then get a callback or send a message to start a conversation with our specialist.
