If you're billed for the subscription prior to the cancellation, I suggest reaching out to our Phone Support team before canceling the subscription. Our representatives can check your account and discuss your billing options and refund agreements. 

Afterwards, you may want to do the following before canceling QuickBooks:

• Print necessary financial and payroll forms and reports you might need in the future.
• Pay any outstanding tax deposits and filed tax forms.
• Make your own arrangements to retain the data after that time.
