Hi there, @arkvalleyinfo.

Thank you for posting here in the Community. I'm here to help change the language in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

You can change the language in QBO under the Account and Settings. However, this is only available in the international versions of QuickBooks.

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Account and Settings.
  3. Click Advanced.
  4. Go to Language and click the small Pencil icon.
  5. Click the drop-down and choose the language.
  6. Click Save.

Feel free to visit the Community space if you have any other questions, I'm always here to help. Have a good day!

Thanks for joining on this thread, @LiVe1X.

I appreciate you letting us know that adding the Spanish language to QBO US is beneficial to your business. This feature doesn’t only help you, but to your contractors (Español) as well.

Feedback like this will help improve the level of service we provide to our customers. I’ll send my insights on your behalf for consideration in a future update.

Alternatively, change the language preferences in your browser and choose Spanish. The process differs depending on the browser you’re using.

If you’re using Google Chrome, check out the Change Chrome languages & translate webpages article for detailed instructions.

I’m also adding a link where you’ll see the latest features being rolled out, check them through here: QuickBooks Blog.
