How can I create a report that has the contact information of only those customers who ordered in 2021?

I've got a way you can accomplish this in QuickBooks Online.

You can pull up two different reports, customize them, and export them to Excel to get the information you need.

First, run the Sales by Product/Services Detail report and customize it. I'll show you how:

1. Click Reports.
2. On the search field, enter Sales by Product/Services Detail.
3. Click the Gear icon on the upper-right side of the report.
4. Click the Show more link.
5. Put check marks on Product/Service, Customer, Date, and Amount boxes.
6. Click on your screen to refresh the report.

Next, run the Customer Contact List report to show the contact information. Here's how:

1. Click Reports.
2. On the search field, enter Customer Contact List.
3. Click the Gear icon on the upper-right side of the report.
4. Click the Show more link.
5. Put check marks on the Full name and Billing Address boxes.
6. Click on your screen to refresh the report.

Lastly, combine these reports via Excel to get the data in one report.
