In QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can't directly delete multiple unbilled charges at once, Dia. I have information that will help you with your concern.

Currently, the option to batch option is available in the program only for hiding the unbilled expenses and marking them as closed without having to create an invoice. To learn more, you can scroll-down to the last part of this article: Delete customer with unbilled charges in QuickBooks Online.

To delete the get rid of the unbilled charges, we'll have to do it individually. Here's how:

  1. Hover to Sales, then All sales.
  2. Select Unbilled income from the Type drop-down menu.
  3. Look for unbilled charges and click Edit.
  4. For billable expenses, click the Expense link, then uncheck the Billable checkbox or select Delete from More.
  5. For billable time charges, uncheck the Billable checkbox or select Delete button.
  6. Follow the onscreen instructions to save the changes.
