How can I find my entire company ID number?

There two ways to get your company ID. The first method is by going to Billing & Subscription.

If you have admin access to QuickBooks, you can get your ID from your preferences.

Here's how:

1. Go to Settings ⚙ and select Account and settings.
2. Select the Billing & Subscription tab. You'll see the company ID at the top of the Billing & Subscription section.

Alternatively, with your QBO account open, press the following keys together:

•  Ctrl + Alt + ? (for Windows)
• Control + Option + ? (for Mac)
