How can I get a new bank account/routing number and new card ordered? My phone was stolen and all of my info is logged into someone else's cash app now ?

My phone was stolen. I now have replaced my phone but all of my info is on someone's cashapp and they are stealing money every day out of my account. Ranging from $2 to $50 daily and there is nothing i can do to stop it because they have my bank account number

I understand how it feels when your account is used by someone you don't know.

 

It is one of QuickBooks priorities to ensure anything like this happen. With that, If by cash app you mean QuickBooks Checking, I'd suggest contacting our Phone Support team. One of the representatives has the tools that will stop unknown user to access your account.

 

If you're referring to your bank account, I'd suggest reaching out to your financial institution support. They're the best support that can trace and stop them from getting your money. They can also provide you with a new bank account information.
