How can I get a Time Activities Report by Customer & subtotaled by Employee as well? Thanks

Hi there, @Z1USA.

 

QuickBooks Online (QBO) only allows you to pull up Time Activities by Customer Detail and Time Activities by Employee Detail report. As a workaround, you can tally the lists by generating Time Activities by Customer Detail report to see the total of employees under each customer.

 

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Reports menu.
  2. Type Time Activities by Customer Detail in the search bar. 
  3. From the Rows/columns field, click the Group by drop-down arrow and choose Employee.
  4. Then, Run report

Also, you can export the customer list to excel to see the total of each employee under each customer. For more details you can refer to this article: Export customer data to Excel
