How can I get the resubscribe screen to validate my address and continue

To ensure that you successfully validate your billing address and resubscribe to your QuickBooks Self-Employed account, you should keep the following in mind:

 

  • Check if  there are no special characters or symbols (such as @ or *) in your billing address. Special characters will cause errors.
  • Be sure to fill in every field on the payment method screen, including Postal code. If your address doesn't have Postal code, you can enter "00000".
  • Lastly, ensure that the billing address in your QuickBooks company file matches the address on your card.

 

To ensure accuracy, validate your address using the USPS Zip Lookup Tool. Then, follow the format provided by the tool and enter it into QuickBooks Self-Employed.
